General Hotel Information

• What time can I check-in and check-out?

  Standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 3:00 PM during high occupancy periods.

• Can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

  Allowable free-of-charge for early check-in (generally after 2:00 pm) after 9:00 am if the room is available; or late check-out (generally before 12:00 pm) with a charge of RM 10.00/hour. Please contact/inform the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. The hotel contact can be found on your confirmation email or on the 'Contact Us' page.

• Do you have wifi?

  Stay connected during your stay with free internet service provided throughout our guestrooms and public areas. Please log-in with your username and password provided upon check-in.

• Can I store my bag?

  Yes, we do offer luggage storage with free-of-charge. Place2Stay Hotel reserves the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items. Please make sure that there is nothing perishable in the luggage

• Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

  Minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. The hotel contact can be found on your confirmation email or on the 'Contact Us' page.

• Where can I make a reservation?

  Please call or visit www.place2stay.com.my. The hotel contact can be found at the 'Contact Us' page. You may also make reservations through online travel agents.

• How do I find available hotel for the period I want to stay?

  Go to 'Check Availability' on the right containing the location, hotel branch, check-in and check-out data, select the dates of your stay and click ‘Search’ button.

• How do I search for hotel price?

  After click the 'Search' button, you can see the price listing of room type.

• Where can I find the contact details of the hotel?

  You can find the details on the 'Contact Us' page. The hotel address and contact will shown, after you click on the hotel name.
  You may also find the details by click on the hotel name list from 'Our Hotels' menu.

Reservations & Cancellations

• What is your policy regarding cancellations?

  If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process. You may call the hotel directly to cancel or modify your reservation. The hotel contact can be found on your confirmation email or on the 'Contact Us' page.

• Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?

  Place2Stay Hotel requires a deposit of RM 50 that may be settled through cash upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used upon check-out.

• What payment methods are accepted?

  We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment.

• Do you accept credit cards?

  We honor all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Please present your credit card upon check-in.

• Do you provide breakfast?

  No, we do not provide breakfast.

Rooms & Rates

• What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin Double room?

  A double room has one queen bed. A twin double room has two queen beds.

• Are guests allowed in the hotel room?

  Guests are allowed to visit the room. However, for overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room, there will be an extra person surcharge.

• Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

  Yes, you will need to pay an additional charge of RM 10.00/person for overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room. However, to accommodate more guests, you are advise to change your room type.

• Can I change my room type upon check-in?

  Yes, but this requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges, and rate difference upon check-in.

• What bath amenities do the rooms have?

  All rooms are provided with towels and toiletries based on the number of registered occupants.

• Is hair dryer kept in the rooms?

  No, you will need to request the iron at the reception counter.

• Is an iron kept in the rooms?

  No, you will need to request the iron at the reception counter.

Meetings and Events

• Do all of your branches provide meeting rooms and conference rooms?

  No, only our business hotel provide these facilities.
