Place2Stay collect personal data including your name, address, passport or other identification number, contact number, email address and credit card details to facilitate the reservation process. Place2Stay will be communicating with you to provide customer service and support for the reservation.
We may share you personal data with third parties in order to perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to processing of credit card transactions, providing you with customer service or data analysis. All such third parties will be under obligation to maintain confidentiality and security of the personal data and to only use the personal data for the purposes expressly specified by us. We may also share your personal data with law enforcement or government agencies for security and customs purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to defend Place2Stay against liability or in any judicial process or as otherwise required for complying with the law.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable security safeguards and measures to prevent unauthorised access and misuse of personal data. To protect credit card details, we currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card information during transit.
